• Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring the materials they provide comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

• Fee Structure: Fees for services will be outlined in a proposal or contract provided to the Client.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due as per the schedule agreed in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their materials provided to us. Deliverables created by SafePaySecure.org remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

• License: Upon full payment, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business. This obligation does not apply to information that is:

• Publicly available

• Independently developed without use of confidential information

• Disclosed due to legal obligations

6. Limitation of Liability

SafePaySecure.org is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• Any claims or losses due to errors in Client-provided information

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• For cause if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure within [X] days of receiving notice

Upon termination, the Client must pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Indemnification

9. Governing Law
